These terms reflect Auto Reply Ping's current product scope. They may be updated as the app evolves and following legal review.

Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Auto Reply Ping mobile application ("the App") — available for Android on Google Play — and the Auto Reply Ping website at pingappslab.com/autoreplyping. Auto Reply Ping is a product of PlannedPing. By downloading, installing, or using Auto Reply Ping, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or website.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Auto Reply Ping. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. Auto Reply Ping is intended for individuals and small businesses who need controlled WhatsApp auto-replies on Android.
What Auto Reply Ping does — and what it does not do
Auto Reply Ping sends WhatsApp auto-replies through Android's notification system when inbound messages match your rules. The App relies on several factors that are partially or fully outside our control:
- Your device: Auto-replies depend on notification access, battery settings, and OEM background restrictions. The App provides setup guidance but cannot guarantee behavior on every device.
- WhatsApp compatibility: Replies are sent through WhatsApp's notification reply action. Changes to WhatsApp by Meta may affect this behavior.
- WhatsApp terms: Automated replies may violate WhatsApp's terms of service for your account type or region. You are responsible for compliance.
User responsibilities
When using Auto Reply Ping, you agree to:
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Use conservative rules, allowlists, active hours, and human-like delays.
- Take full responsibility for the content, timing, and recipients of auto-replies.
- Not use the App for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
- Comply with WhatsApp's and WhatsApp Business's terms of service.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the App.
Advertising
The free tier of Auto Reply Ping is supported by advertising served by Google AdMob (Google LLC). Pro subscribers can remove banner ads. By using the free tier, you acknowledge that ads may be displayed within the App.
Payments and in-app purchases
Auto Reply Ping Pro subscriptions are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google's terms, billing policies, and refund policies. Feature availability may change with reasonable notice and is described inside the App.
Third-party platforms
Auto Reply Ping works alongside WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business (products of Meta Platforms, Inc.), Google Play and Google AdMob (Google LLC), and optionally OpenRouter for AI replies. Auto Reply Ping is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Google, or OpenRouter. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
Intellectual property
Auto Reply Ping, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of its creators. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business auto-reply purposes.
No warranty
Auto Reply Ping is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that every auto-reply will be delivered, that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will work on every Android device or WhatsApp version.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Reply Ping and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed replies, WhatsApp account restrictions, lost business opportunities, or undelivered messages.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or this website. Your continued use of Auto Reply Ping after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
